    I recently purchased a Montgomery Ward which Im told its basically a Chrysler 10hp for my father as he has a hard time starting his motor., it is missing the recoil assembly, I would rather make it electric start but cannot find part numbers or anything on the installation of the electric start...

    1982 Mercury Marine 9.8 electric start conversion

    Good Morning all I am looking to convert my fathers 1982 9.8 Mercury to electric start. Does anyone know if there is a kit or if I have to piece meal it together and if piece meal is the only option is there a place to find instructions on it. Thanks
