    cannot get over 2400 rpm on lake

    89 Force 125. just had engine rebuilt with .030 over pistons. I replaced both CDI boxes stator and trigger, carb kits came with just the needle and seats and seal kit. I could not set the timing started with the plugs out connected to top #1 spark plug with the 3/8 gap. fresh battery cranking...

    #1 and #4 loosing spark under WOT

    Reciently rebuilt my motor, carbs, fuel pump diagphram, etc. replace both CDI boxes, had a intermittent miss at idle. well it idles great. but as soon as i go to full throttle, it looses spark on #1 and #4. Weard i double checked the wiring of the new CDI boxes. Im thinking stator, or trigger...

    89 Force125 Transfer port

    I just rebuilt my force 125. Had to go with .030 over pistons bored all cylinders etc. when i got it running the # 4 transfer port cover has a 90 deg. elbow comming off and exhaust is blowing out. Is this normal? i do not rember if there was a cap or a hose leading to the lower unit.
