    Is an extended warranty worth it?

    I just bought a Yamaha 225 4 stroke and have been offered a 2year extended warranty for $400. I have never bought an extended warranty on anything. Is this worth it? :confused:

    93' 120 Evinrude hard to start

    I have a 120 evinrude that is a bear to start. Once it has run, I have no problem the rest of the day. But, It smokes like a chimmney when I first try to start. It seems to be getting worse. I had one day I couldn't even start at all.<br />Any suggestions? :(

    Mercury 225 VS Yamaha 225 Four Strokes

    A salesman is trying to pitch to me that the Yamaha and Mercury 225s are identical.<br />Can anyone tell me the true differences?<br />What about Cost?<br />I have not been a Merc fan. But, have heard good things about Yamaha ( ditching my worthless Evinrude)
