I have a 200 HP Black Max Carbed 2 Stroke outboard.<br />Problem: IT SMOKES like I was fogging for the mosquitoe kill!!! I was wondering what if anything can be done. I've tried everything from "smokeless" oil to measuring the mix accurately and nothing seems to help. Please advise.
