    Exhaust Bellows. Please Help!

    I replaced all the bellows and for the life of me cannot get the exhaust bellow to stay on the bell housing. I tried with bellows adhesive 3 times. The last time I sanded the boss to rough it up and it stayed on for about 1 hour trimmed up than worked itself off. Im about to lose my sh$t. Lol...

    Ranger 692 w/ Mariner 150

    We were having issues with the prop earlier and couldn't get on plane. We dropped the pitch and some blades and increased the RPMs. It now takes about 100 yds full throttle to get on plane with two guys and batteries, fuel. Top speed is 38 mph. Is this normal with this setup?
