    I have a 1996 22' Lowe 2220 SD deck boat with a 1996 Evinrude 115HP. The prop on it is a 14x17, It shoots right out of the hole, but it seems like I dont get anwhere when on plane. It is running about 3000-3500 RPMS when at full throttle. I typically have around 25 gallons of gas on board, 4...
