I have a 1988 GMC, 4 cylinder, 3.0L, 203, serial # 2770087. Is it difficult to replace the block. I have never done it before and I am not sure if I want to attempt it. How much is a new block? What would be the labor charge? Help.
I have an 87 OMC 3.0L 140HP I/O. When I started the motor up for the first time this spring I was getting water leaking from the bottom back of the engine. Is their a freeze plug in the back and bottom of the engine or could I have a leak in a seal?
