    Volvo Or OMC ?

    I have a 97 Seaswirl the stern drive is OMC Cobra,the data plate is there.However the flame arrestor on the motor says volvo-penta 4.8 GL, the data decal on the valve cover is not there.Did Seaswirl or other boat manufactures mix the motor and stern drive.Thanks Ken

    Gimble bearing greaseing

    I have a 1997 OMC Cobra,there is a grease zirt on the out side of the drive to grease the Gimbal bearing. My question is how many pumps on the handle of the grease gun to lube bearing,and is thear a bearing seal that can be blown if over greased?and how often to grease it? <br /> Thanks Ken

    I have a 1996 Seaswirl the out drive is an OMC cobra. The spark arristor on the carb says 4.3GL volvo penta.The left valve cover where the stick on decal is has been spray painted over,howerever I can see the word Cobra on it,but the rest of the info.has been painted.<br /> My questions are, is...
