    I have a 1448 flat bottom jon boat with a 35 evinrude tiller handle motor. Will a hydro foil do any good on it? What do they do?

    prop slipping?

    Hey y'all. I have. 1976 Evinrude 35 hp tiller handle. The motor runs fine at 3/4 throttle, but when I go full throttle it feels like the prop isn't in the water and the boat comes to an abrupt stop and veers hard to the left. Any ideas? Thanks!
