    should you be able to flood the motor by squezing the primer bulb . with the motor not running if you pump the bulb it doesnt get as hard as im told it should and you can see fuel dripping out the carbs the motor is an 69 model 800 80 hp

    can someone tell me where i can get a parts number listing so i can i have an 69 modle800 that im using and a 73? 850 thats good for nothing but parts ild like to tear down and just save what parts that will work on the 800 to save on some storage room

    69 merc fuel prob

    i have a 69 merc outboard modle 800 80hp the problem is it wont stay running unless you stack the gas can up on the sides of the boat i have a new fuel pump and carbs does this sound like a reed valve problem or is a shop just tring to make extra money off of me
