I have a 1995 Rinker with a 4.3l v6 and and an alpha one outdrive. The issue is the outdrive will not go all the way up, it will go up and down but it stops probably less than half of the way up and stops. The pump seems to be working fine as it clicks on and off and once it hits its stopping...
