    Quick question about 1988 shift cable

    I bought the tool from midnight wolf and I'm confused on how far I am supposed to put the actual cable into the tool. Do I put it in the whole way until it stops and then lock it down with the set screws? Or in the middle of the hole where you can see the cable or what?
