I bought a 1961 merc 350 Kiekhaefer and it needs some work. The last piece I need to finish the rebuild is a new tab washer for the starter part which ill pick up tomorrow hopefully. The question is, how does the washer work. Do you just bend one tab down into the small hole, or bend a tab up...
