    water leak below top plug

    i have a 90 horse outboard mercury. i noyice a leak coming from the bottom of the plug. not from plug hole but from the plate that mounts around the plug holes. what is the name of that part and how can i fix the problem :(

    mercury lower unit 90 hp how to change gear oil

    just got the motor need to find out how to change gear oil in lower unit. all i can find is a silver ecrew that says vent :confused:
