    performance upgrade for mercruiser 4.3L

    Are there any relatively simple performance upgrades a shadetree mechanic can do with a 6cyl 4.3 mercruiser engine? My boat is an Ebbtide Campione 188, 2000 model. I have a stainless prop.<br /><br />Thanks!

    Please Help! Gelcoat rubbed dull

    My boat was docked and rubbed a small area (about 6" square) The boat is new, and the only damage is a dulling of the gelcoat in the area that it rubbed. What is the best way to restore the shine? I tried auto wax and finesse, but you can still see the dull area. Help!
