I have a 1993 mercury force 40hp 2 stroke that I bought used. It fires up no problem and runs great but when I put it forward and then back into reverse the cam arm keeps the throttle in forward gear slightly and doesn't go back into neutral fully. I can't find any mechanics around here that...
