2003 mercury mariner- Idle suddenly went up from 800 rpm to 1200 rpm.<br />Full trottle speed cut down from 35 MPh to 18 MPH/<br />What could be the problem?.. (its 40 HP and its a 2 stroke outboard engine with steering wheel control.)..........
