    G'Day i have a 1967 evinrude 18 i have recently replaced all of the oilseals because they were leaking like a seive and now the oil still leaks out of the prop shaft i think the prop shaft may be rusted and uneven where the seal goes. any ideas?

    johnson 3hp 1964 low speed needle

    G'day i have a 1964 3hp johnson. hte low speed needle seems dredfully loose and when i run it at high speed the needle vibrates out of the seat. i am wondering if there is a wasy to stop this or find a new needle. and also if anyone knows what fuel mix the 1964 3hp ran on?<br /><br />Thanks

    3hp evinrude 1960's weedless gearcase of 90 deegree gearcase

    i have a 3hp evinrude from 1960's and im wondering wether the 90degree gearcase would get more performance out of the motor than a weedless gearcase. anyone know? :confused: <br /><br />Thanks Tom
