1989 90 HP Evinrude 2 Stroke:
Just below the Engine Pan(?) there is another plastic cover with 4 - 5/16" screws - removed those -
Now it seems cover is bolted by some "hidden" bolts - are these the motor mounts? Or some other upper unit bolts -
it is very hard to determine what/where exactly...
