    Manual Tilt

    I have manual tilt yamaha 40 2 stroke.Been stored for 6 years ,runs ok but tilt bearing is <br />jammed. It does move but with a lot of force.I have lubed and sprayed it ,any suggestions? :cool:

    Starter motor

    I am converting a Yamaha 40 br 2 stroke to electric start.Having purchased a second hand starter , I feel this may be faulty.Starter is connected via jump leads straight to car battery (even running).Gear engages flywheel but turns motor over at a snails pace.remove 1 spark plug engine rapidly...
