Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 1986 carver montego with twin 190’s. The starboard engine has water in the cylinders. I removed the spark plugs, blew the water out and re-install the plugs. Tried to fire her up and it wouldn’t start and got hard to turn over. Removed plugs...
