I am attempting to rebuild my carbs and put Boyesen reeds in my 1986 Johnson 200. STL model. The motor backfires out of the exaust at idle. I have been told the reeds will fix my problem. The question is, Boyesen is telling me I need to down size my air idle jets by 10 sizes(.010) My shop manual...
