2003 SeaRay 5.0 Mercruiser starts cold with no problem. Runs fine for hours but when you turn it off it won’t crank again. Motor turns over but no start. Moving handle 1/4 inch forward to start doesn’t work. Replaced IAC with a Mercruiser part but that apparently is not the fix. Advice???
