Neutral is suppose to be at 12:00 (straight up and down), forward WOT is suppose to be 9:00ish and Reverse WOT is suppose to be at 3:00ish. Now Neutral is at 10:00, forward is at 7:00 and Reverse is at 1:00. Reverse also engages before where Neutral suppose to be, around 11:00. Everything works...
