    Best Carb Rebuild kits.

    Hello all, I’ve recently noticed a faulty gasket in my 5.7 merc factory 2 barrel Carb. I’m going to just rebuild and clean the whole thing out. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on rebuild kits to stay away from or if there were superior ones out there. Thanks in advanced, Leland.

    Is it possible to disconnect the Monitor from the Drive Oil Reservoir .

    Recently bought a 1996 5.7 Merc. Drive oil reservoir is packed with sludge. I’m wondering if it’s possible to pull the monitor piece under the reservoir off. Going to need to completely flush the reservoir before I move to the drive. Thanks.
