Does anyone recognize the make and model of this boat? I believe it's a 1959. The motor on it is a 1959 Evinrude 50 hp v4. There was a metal plate laying in the bottom of the boat that says Hartley Chattanooga. As far as I can tell Hartley never manufactured boats, just sold plans. I can't find...
