The access hole on the trim oil reservoir seems to be blocked by the casing of the motor as seen below.
It is impossible to open trust me. I unscrewed a bolt on the lower end of the casing as shown below (the smaller wet bolt).
I'm pretty sure it was the drain hole, but I didn't know what...
