Having issues with fuel delivery. Motor starts well and runs okay but it bogs down when I hit the throttle. I have new clean fuel. I have replaced all of the fuel filters, carb. has been cleaned, fuel pump has been replaced. Problem persists...Could the fuel rocker arm that drives the pump...
