I have a 1983 Sea Ray with an omc(GM) 3.8 V6 sterndrive that when I hook a battery up to it, I only get power to the starter and the solenoids on top of the motor. There is no power going to the controls. I used a test light to see if there is power coming from the big plug that all the wires...
