I'm not getting power to the electric fuel pump when turning engine over. I replaced the fuel pump relay. Fuses check out good as well as circuit breaker. It will run with starting fluid for a few seconds. I've found the two diodes in the harness. they epoxied them in so not sure I can pull them...
