I have a 2005 Yamaha 40TLRD coupled with a Yamaha 703 control box on my Alumacraft MV Tex Special. This boat came equipped with a speedometer only and I plan to add an aftermarket tach and hour meter. What is the correct number of poles for the stator (alternator) on this model, 3,6,12,etc...
