    Minimum rpm while trolling

    I plan to do so trolling this year and would like to get some recomendations on a minimunm RPM to avoid any build up or fouling issues. I have 27' chaparall with twin 115's. My plan is to run one motor with a drift sock or two as needed to achieve the speed I need (.5 - 1.5 mph).

    Shoot Thru Transducer - 84 Chaparal

    I have a 84 Chaparal 278 XLC, and want to mount my fishfinder (Eagle 480 Fish Mark) transducer in the bilge. Does anyone know if the hull is solid cosntruction, and how well the transducer will work in this area?
