    oil in cooling system

    water seperating filter

    If there is a fair amount of water in the fuel does a water seperating filter restrict the flow of fuel to the fuel pump? also does water settle to the bottom of a fuel tank and can it be siphoned out without draining entire tank? thanks for any replys.
