    I used sierra carburetor rebuild kits for all six carbs. One of them is still leaking out of the bowl gasket, and where the carb mounts to the back plate (another gasket). Can I use gasket maker on the outside of the cab where it seems to be taking air in and leaking some gas?

    my Johnson 1998 50 spl is leaking at the bottom through a hose and clicking alot. Do these units click from flow problems due to bad hoses? I appears that I was getting too much oil as it was coming out of the exaust and dripping out from under the vro.

    1998 Johnson 50 hp power tilt

    My power tilt is dying and sporadically works by tapping on the hydraulics with a wrench. There is plenty if fluid and it is not frozen up. The motor sounds very weak almost like a low battery, but that's not the case. Question is do I need a new unit or can I try to replace just the tilt motor?

    1998 50hp Not receiving fuel at full throttle

    It ran good for 10 minutes at full throttle, but then starting acting as if it wasnt getting gas, bulb was soft... Runs great at half throttle but chokes past that? Pulled plugs and found them very fouled with oil.
