    Gamefisher 15hp good or bad budget choice

    I am looking to upgrade Hp on my old Aluminum jon boat and will be looking at a Gamefisher 15 hp. The asking price is $475.00 is this a good price. Are there parts available for this brand. I am on a budget and am trying to avoid making costly mistakes. Any info would be appreciated.

    Evinrude 9.5 hp converting to short shaft

    Hello all, i have started to convert a 1968 (9822) evinrude 9.5 hp to a short shaft. It is clean but was used in salt water and was stored for 20 years. I pulled the lower unit but the drive shaft stayed in the power head. the extension block,water tube and long linkage clamp have been removed...
