Having not got a warning signal from my 1994 evinrude 50hp 2 stroke motor, it ran dry of oil and seized almost certainly scoring the cylinder. Cold, and with no plugs i can rotate 50% by hand, the other 50% being too seized. Should i try and lube up and force rotate til i can start it to see how...
