I have a 4 cylinder 60hp sea horse. The motor starts and idles ok but when open will bogg down and backfire, boat will no longer plane. There is a large amount of gas leaking into the water as well. I noticed when i prime the gas line that gas will pour out of a brass circle just above the glass...
