1995 DT40 with factory PT&T. Unit will not go up on its own. I can hear the motor run. With human assistance it will raise but drifts downward & leaks?. I have added fluid through the bolt on the side of the resevior and cycled motor up & down to work out any air. Still no luck. Local Suzuki...
