So far I have put in new spark plugs, ran compression test 145 across the board pulled carbs and cleaned them out checked exhaust plate for restictions and seem to have adaquit spark and the middle cylinder is still dead is there something I have missed or should I go back to square one and see...
How common is it for the exhaust plate to become plugged up and do I need to pull off the power head to clean it? I believe it is a 1974 Evinrude Triumph 70 Model 70473-M Serial # J0012029.
