I'm rebuilding the transom and I'm going to paste the first layer of wood to the hull using thickened epoxy (then fiberglass wood and more fiberglass).

Have her in the backyard and I'm starting a major repairing project (transom,stringer and floor) anybody knows these boats? how good are on open see? Any comment would be highly appreciated to decide how much should I invest on her.
