    Full throttle in reverse, nothing in forward

    When I push my throttle forward, I have to shove it ALL the way down to get any response. When I do it in reverse, seems fine... What should I be looking for? What kind of adjustment? I am having problems with the gears right now...there is no reverse...and prop seems to spin in the same...
