    what is the compression on a 1977 15 hp johnson seahorse i can not get it started cold if spray fuel in it starts right up and runs fine carb has been cleaned twice .....when i pump bulb it is getting plenty of fuel but just wont start cold any help would be great thanks

    hi 1977 15 hp seahorse cant figure out why no fuel to carb runs fine untill gas is ran out of carb if i pump gas bulb it picks up and keeps running has long has i pump bulb it will not die ..old fuel pump gas kit was hard in spots so i replaced fuel pump put with a kit .. rebuilt carb i took...
