    3 Ram powertrim conversion from 3 wire to 2 wire help?

    HELP!! Has anyone switched from a 3 wire power trim unit to a 2 wire unit? How? My 3 wire (3 ram) unit is caput, I see several 2 wire units on E-bay now, how would I change the wiring to make a two wire unit work? Any help is appriciated! Thanks, boatinnjax

    Help with timing marks?

    Help! The timing marks on my 1990 100HP 2+2 are either gone or nearly invisible! I can just make out some numbers from left to right, 28 through 4 and then nothing but a bunch of hash marks.     I've also got a potential timing issue. The idle timing tab is gone from the throttle arm, I'm attempting to fab and bolt one on. Also the timing marks on the flywheel are almost completely gone, all I can make out are some of the numbers and a bunch of marks, it looks like this: 28 24 20 16 12...

    Checked the fuel pump today, diaphram looked OK but maybe leaking internally, check valve on pump from the oil/fuel mixing deal may be sticky.
