I have a 1989 20 foot Celebrity with a V8 5 liter MerCruiser I/O. The problem I am having is that at approximately 4,000 RPM's (near the yellow line) the engine suddenly looses about 500 RPMs for just a moment and quickly drops to 3,500 RPM's. The engine does not shut off, it just looses power...
