    Need help with 1979 mercury 900 90hp

    Having trouble reinstalling the control cables. I can see where one of them goes but not the other , and I want to know the correct way it fits in place. I believe one is a shift cable and the other is throttle , but other than that Im clueless of how they work. Any help would be appreciated.
