I recently rebuilt my 70 hp evinrude when I start the engine it warms up and runs fine (at idle) when I shift to F/R and try to accelerate it boggs down and dies, if how ever if I tickle the choke it will slowly come up to speed (plane) and run fine. I'm thinking Carbs or fuel pump. any one have...
