    20 Hp 1996 Mercury

    Hey all.. I just received a 14" Starcraft with a 20 hp mercury as a gift from my grandfather when I got back from Iraq for the second time. The motor runs great but the prop is not pushing the boat. It is not turning and if it is turning its bare minimal. What can i do to fix this issue? Derick
