    Cannot get Full Throtle

    I have a 85 115 HP Johnson. I can only get about 3000 RPMS. The butterflies is opening wide open on both carbs. There is spark on all 4 cylinders. The VRO line is plugged and I am mixing the fuel. I don't know for sure but was told there was no problems with the prop.

    1985 Vro 115

    I have a 1985 VRO115 with oil injection. How do I get rid of this and go to premix? Do I need to do anything special or just mix it up and empty the oil tank?
