    I followed the instructions at http://www.sschapterpsa.com/ramblings/Rebuilding_fuelpump.htm But when I finished I cannot blow thru either of the spouts. I rotated the outer gas imput 1/4 turn and I can blow thru both. But can't get the right combination blow thru input but not back thru output.
