Can anybody help me with a starting issue on 1992 115 Yamaha. Starts strong and instant in the driveway when flushing out out the end of the day but when I'm in the saltwater creek / river it's very hard to crank. I have water separator on, bulb pumped up,,,,what can I do? Need reliabilty.Thanks...
